1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by SKS Tours. Prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or mechanical issues, SKS Tours reserves the right to reschedule or refund the full ticket price.
3. Boarding & Conduct
Passengers must arrive at the designated pier at least 15 minutes before departure. SKS Tours reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone whose behavior may endanger others or disrupt the experience.
4. Limitation of Liability
SKS Tours is not liable for personal items lost or damaged during the tour. Participation is at the passenger's own risk. Travel insurance is recommended.
